Booking a Casting
Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance, however on occasions we can do castings at short notice, so please let us know when you would like to book in. Payment can be made prior to the appointment via Bank Transfer. Alternatively you can pay by cash or cheque at the time of the appointment.
Cancellations
As courtesy, please ensure you provide at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations. Failure to do so, you may be liable to pay travel / service charges we have incurred as a failure of your notification to cancel.
Repairs & Refunds
We hope you’ll be delighted with all of your purchases from Birds Baby Boutique, and we make every effort to ensure that this is the case.
If you are unhappy with your cast or product, please contact us by email or by phone on 07714745818 to let us know you have a problem, so we can do what we can to resolve it. You must notify us with any concerns within 48 hours of receiving the cast.
We spend hours on each cast to make sure it is the perfect keepsake, and would want to do what ever we can to make sure your happy with your cast that you will cherish forever. Returns must be made by appointment to the address of your nearest rep that carried out your casting.
If you damage your cast in the years to come after you purchased it with us, we do offer a repair service. Please contact us for more information.
